All requests must be in writing and be accompanied by appropriate payment.  Advertisements must be provided in electronic format (.pdf, .eps, .tif, or .ai) and be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi.  Please submit your requests to:  GSHA Advertising, 20423 State Rd. 7, Suite F6-491, Boca Raton, FL 33498.  If payment is by credit card (Visa or Master Card), you may submit your request by fax 561-477-8109 or e-mail execdir@gsha.org.
