Job Description:
Dynamic Therapy Associates is dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language services, specializing in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) for children with diverse needs. Our patients include children diagnosed with autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, Down Syndrome, brain injury, and epilepsy. Our clinic is fully equipped with the latest speech-generating devices, iPads, access equipment, and a wealth of instructional materials to enhance therapy sessions.Role Overview:We are excited to offer a full-time position for a Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about working in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role involves direct treatment sessions both in our clinic and via teleconference, allowing for a balanced hybrid work schedule.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct therapy sessions to an average of 25 patients per week, with sessions lasting 30-45 minutes.Engage in weekly therapy visits, maintaining ongoing relationships with families.Utilize practice management software for efficient documentation.Participate in and contribute to national conferences and publications in the fields of Speech Language Pathology, Assistive Technology, and Special Education.

Skills/Experience:
Ideal Candidate:Holds a relevant degree and certification in Speech Language Pathology.Has experience or an interest in augmentative and alternative communication.Is motivated to join a team that values continuous learning and community involvement.Enjoys working collaboratively in a family-focused and flexible environment.

This is an independent contractor position and CFY therapists are welcomed to apply!Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals- Provide therapy sessions to patients with speech and language impairments- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes

Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience and/or strong interest in working with pediatric population preferred- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)- GA SLP License
