Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric team.The SLP will evaluate and treat children with a variety of communication needs, including children with autismspectrum disorder, developmental delays, ADHD, speech and language disorders, and other neurodevelopmentaldifferences. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with children and values interdisciplinarycollaboration.Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.• Provide evidence-based individual and/or group speech-language therapy.• Address receptive and expressive language, articulation, social/pragmatic communication, fluency, and othercommunication needs as appropriate.• Support AAC and alternative communication strategies when clinically appropriate.• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.• Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment notes, and other required documentation in a timely manner.• Collaborate with families and provide education and strategies to support communication skills outside therapy.• Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, BCBAs, RBTs, Psychologists, and other members of the clinicalteam.• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and care coordination as appropriate.• Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with ASHA and applicable state requirements.
Skills/Experience:
• Pediatric experience preferred, particularly experience working with children with autism and other developmentaldifferences.• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful functional outcomes.• Experienced SLPs as well as qualified early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accreditedprogram.• Current or eligibility for Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.• Pediatric experience preferred, particularly experience working with children with autism and other developmentaldifferences.• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful functional outcomes.• Experienced SLPs as well as qualified early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:
We need a 3/4, or full time Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in our family- oriented school setting. We serve less than 60 students ages 4-14. Along with weekends off and very little work to take home, you will receive great benefits and a salary of $50,000- $55,000. Please have a degree and experience with special needs children if you want to apply. This position can be 4 or 5 day weekly with hours 8:00- 3:30. Full time is only 187 days, 7.5 hours daily, with minimal documentation and parent meetings. Ideal for therapists wanting to be home for children and follow a 10 month school calendar. Employee will work with small, developmentally based groups of students with learning differences, focused on pragmatic/social language, higher order thinking, and problem solving. You will collaborate with teachers, parents and other school personnel to develop and implement goals and objectives for students.
